Back from Visitation and Really Long Post

Well I visited modern America and I am back now, probably never to return again. LOL The ties were broken on the suits that I ordered (the lady cussed at me when I told her) and I quite myspace. I don't think myspace is for everyone. (hopefully I will keep in contact with my friends though) So now I am back to horse and buggy and I prefer it a lot better. LOL Give me good old fashion sales racks and lunch dates any day.

Anyways here is a thought that I had yesterday Ithought I would share with you guys. Hope you enjoy.

There is a difference in having a moment of weakness and living there.

A moment of weakness is when you make a mistake feel convicted and repent turning from the sin and trying not to do it again.

Living in your weakness is when you make a mistake feel convicted and instead of repenting you justify it until the conviction is no longer there.

Oh what a scary thing. JUSIFICATION.

There is a point in the human body where there is no much damage being done that your pain receptors shut down. You no longer feel pain. It is your bodies way of coping.
Those pain receptors were put there by God for a reason. They keep you safe from danger. If you cut yourself your pain receptors tell you to stop what you are doing before you create real damage or even kill yourself.

God also gave man a conscience. When you are doing something that is going to hurt you are possible kill you spiritually your conscience says “that is wrong”.

The devil gave man JUSTIFICATION. You can justify anything you want away until your conscience says “hey that is too much damage” and stops working. Otherwise your conscience would literally drive you insane. It is your bodies way of coping.

Oh I pray that we will not give into our weaknesses and decide to live there. GET UP everyone has weak moments but you don't have to live there.

It is so true. Some people keep overriding their conscience until it finally doesn't bother them anymore.
